Home Co-Ownership - Can I force a sale?

Probably the way most threads start! But not sure if I'm posting in the right place?

    Looking for advice please?

Purchased a house with my sister 8 years ago.
Relations have broken down to the point of no return.

I want to rent out the house so we are both landlords and for us both to rent.

She wants me to move out, I would for peace of mind but my sister is not the most generous person in the world and I know each and every month she'd be looking for something to maintain the house.

What I am unsure of is as a co-owner of the property can I get a solicitor and try to get a forced sale?

    Many thanks for any responses??

You would need a court order to force the sale.

Otherwise, it's a matter of working out a compromise.
