    Is there not a company that goes around the country collecting them.
    A few years ago i got a going over by some company rep for haven a lot of these blue pallets on site.
    We where using them for putting blocks on.
    Builders i was working for at the time got a bill for them but did not have to pay as they bought them of someone eles and had receipt to prove it.
