"This hotel is Budapest's most famous."

Is it also correct to say, "This hotel is Budapest's most famous?"

The word order in the second sentence seems unnatural.
Any information would be appreciated - cheers!

I think you might have forgotten a word in the second example as, unless I'm going mad it's identical to the first one and has only one superlative.

Sorry! Thanks for noticing Pickarooney, that's how addled my brain is!
OK, I meant to write "This is Budapest's most famous hotel." for the first example...

'This hotel is Budapest's most famous' - implies that you are comparing it with others of the same kind.

'This is Budapest's most famous hotel' - is a stand-alone statement of fact.

We need to see the context of the rest of the text to see what you are intending to convey.

Thanks tac. There is no actual text, I was just curious.
I had a feeling it changed the emphasis, but couldn't quite see exactly how.
    Cheers!
