Would you be able to throw in that BB for €50?

Also, I'm assuming it's compatible with 5700 components?

Thanks for the update. I'll leave the Dura Ace for the moment - a bit too expensive for me I'm afraid :(

Hi mp31 - I have a 53-39 105 -5600 crank in the garage which I took off a second hand bike I bought last year, as I'm a wimp and needed to go compact. Not sure if cranks are 175 or 172.5, obviously is used, but condition ok. I'm heading off this evening for 2 weeks, but if you're interested and not in a hurry, drop a line in 2 weeks and I can work something out. Don't have a bottom bracket however.

Many thanks for the update Buzwaldo... I think I'll be OK for now. I upgraded my bike's Sora 8 speed to 105 10 speed but kept the front chainset and at one point the new chain was running very poorly on the front chain rings. Hence the blind panic and checking the adverts for chainsets. I solved the problem by clicking the SRAM powerlock in fully - DOH :o and the bike's fine (at least for now apart from some niggles with the rear shift)

    Hi Buz

I would be interested in your 105 53/39 chain set. I would like to know the the crankarm length if you could check this and let me know on your return.

I will make a provisional offer depending on condition as per pricing on original 105 crank thread.

    Thanks
