    Hi there,
I hope someone out there can offer me advice as Im at a loss at what to do.
I have a Zanussi tempoline dishwasher and I noticed today that the machine is leaking from all around the machine, I mean when the apliance is cleaning the dishes, there is water seeping out of the top and sides of the machine.. Its as if the water is escaping between the actual sealed interior and the chrome casing. Im at a loss!!

I cant remember when I bought it,between 12-18 months ago.. I know I bought it in powercity ,I also have no idea where the reciept is but Im fairly sure I paid for it with laser or credit card.

The question I would love to know is if I contact Zanussi will they entertain me at all?? I heard somewhere before that appliances should work with normal wear/tear for a few years and I believe that this promlem I have is abnormal.
Also, if I call powercity and tell them my name etc can they tell me the date I bought it?
Finally, have any of you heard of similar stories to this one and could it have something to do with hard water..I dont know what type of water i have but Im just trying to figure out why this happened as Im not too keen on washing dishes by hand for the forseeable future as its a pain in the behind tbh....
Thanks for reading and I will welcome all responses

    your overthinking this

ring powercity with your name address and phone number
they will contact the manufacturer on your behalf
two year warrenty on most dishwashers so you should be covered

or use the contact us feature in customer service section on the zanussi.ie (electrolux) website. had a problem with a tempoline dishwasher, couldnt remember exactly when i had bought it, and couldnt find the reciept, was impressed by how quickly they got back to me and had service man call, in the end it was beyond repair and was replaced, no quibbles.
