    Please can anyone advise how I create a Group of contacts on a Samsung Galaxy S.....?

    I can't seem to find a tutorial on YouTube!

    Add them as Google contacts, easy to do then in Gmail

    I had a look around GMail but I couldn't see how to do it. I mean phone contacts rather than an email mailing list.

    I was hoping to create a group I need to send a mass text to....?

    You have 3 options on any Android phone, save a contact on the Sim, save on the phone or save as a Google contact. If you save as Google contacts they will appear in Gmail as Gmail contacts and you can edit/merge/add images and other info/make groups etc from there and it will sync to your phone. I don't bother with Sim or phone, all my contacts I save to Google where they are always backed up and editable from any PC once I sign in.

    Ah! Makes sense now. I only ever saved them to the SIM. I'll try resaving them and go from there! Thanks ;)
