    Hi all,

Need some advice. My Missus is being dragged to Westlife tonight and wants me to pick her up afterwards.

Now i dont want to go anywhere near croke park as itll be jammed and blocked off by gardai. My question is, where would be the best place to pick her up thats far away enough that I avoid the horrible after gig traffic?

Sorry for posting in motors but you guys would know the best places to park :)

I'd make her walk home as punishment for going to a westlife gig.

Mountjoy Square is pretty close, and may not be as congested as the immediate area.

You'll need to stump up for the meter, however.

    Which way are you coming/going?

    Southside, northside, M50, etc??

Which part of the stadium will she be in? Her exit options will depend on where she is located within the stadium and that in turn will dictate the closest spot where you can wait to pick her up.

If you're on the premium level you can walk around and exit anywhere you like but anywhere else inside the stadium, your exit opportunities are limited.

carpark at clontarf dart station is where i always park when going to croker, its a grand walk..and a quick escape route away from city centre traffic. You have the tunnel if going southbound and the malahide road if northbound. 2€ for a day or something

I actually live quite close to Croke Park, heading home for the weekend but my sisters and their mates are staying at my place. Anyone know if there's a map of traffic restrictions in the area available?
