I have a friend whos is kind, compassionate and wise but thinks every van and thruck is following him. His mental thinking is very good in every other way. He shows no apparent deterioration in intellectual abilities except for this paranoia. He does not drink alcohol or take drugs. Reason and logic just seem to fail him with this paranoia.
At first it was not as strong, as it is now. At this stage I think he could do with help. But I dont know what to do or what to say. How do you tell a man that he suffers from paranoia? Remember to him, hes story makes sence.
    How can I help?
