Video choppy when played in Premiere or PS cs6

    I have record a number of video, and they play fine on my computer, but when I go to edit them in Premiere cs6, or in photoshop they are very choppy, like frame by frame, whats up? Cam used Mark II Canon

    Use an intermediary codec like cineform, or if you're on a mac use prores 422. Your computer is decompressing the frames as it plays them back, and that's what is making your computer slow.
