Anyone changed from Eircom to Magnet but kept Netopia Router?

Hi folks,

In a new apt and have got connected to Magnet. We have an eircom Netopia 2247NWG-VGx router and are trying to use that.

Magnet have emailed out instructions on how to configure the router to work, but I can't get it going. Have followed the instructions exactly but can't get connected to the net.

The DSL light on the router is flashing.

Anyone have similar experience?

I've been onto magnet support and they're looking into it on their end to make sure Eircom switched the line properly, but I think it's a router issue.
