    Hello everyone!

I have 2 questions about applying for my first learner's permit,

Is it possible to apply for the learner permit in person at a motor tax office or only by post?
And will they accept cash if it's possible to apply in person or only a cheque/postal order?

    Thanks!

Yes or you can post. It's down to preference really.

Cash is recommended. I'm sure they accept credit card as well.

They also take cheques and postal orders. If you are posting in your application, just make sure that you know who to make the check out to.
