Im a live-in landlord and have in the past given details for tenants to claim tax reliefs at my address.

Is there any way of checking if these reliefs are still being claimed without my knowledge?

    No,

The Revenue only releases details to the tax payer and not to third parties.

The only cross check they may do is against the PRTB Database to ensure that the Landlord is registered.

If they were to be audited down the road they would have to produce evidence at residence at the claimed address. For a desk audit they would be seeking a recent utility bill for that address.

Anyway, it won't affect you in any way or have any tax repurcussions for you as you are not claiming the relief so, No.
