Multiple check in's with Ryanair

I have to check in 16 people on a ryanair flight. Do i have to check them all in at once or can i do it as i get their passport information? I cant find info on this anywhere!

You can do it for each person and at different times by selecting the person you want to check in at that time. Or can you just give them the ref number and let each person enter and print their own which would be less hassle for you?
