    Hi,
I am looking at purchasing a house of 1980s vintage.
It is a timber frame bungallow but has no vents in the walls.
Moisture content is low so possibly no fire blocks in cavity and has therefore allowed ventilation by luck rather than design.
Is there any specialists for this type of work?Cork area. And what kind of cost would it be..drillvents look like a good idea but. A relatively small house c1400sqft.
    Thanks,
    T
