Facebook fanpage name not appearing in posts

    have a facebook fan page set up, i've asked facebook to help and they are useless.

    when we post on other fan pages ,our fan page name doesnt appear or our profile pic.

    we have changed our name,profile pic and selected usw facebook as 'fanname here' many times...

    facebook is useless to us if we cant make a post using our name/profile pic :mad:

    Seems strange, particularly as you have other fan pages working correctly. Is there anything strange about this fanpage? Would you think about starting a new fanpage, and telling fans to migrate over to the new one?

    Yes thats maby a possibility but didnt want to have the bother of doing that

    I'm not too impressed with facebook because of this...would have expected facebook to empoly people to deal with stuff like this...i know they do but obviously not good enough...

    they have plenty of revenue so why are they not looking after the users?
