Speaking of wasting a wad, I wouldn't waste any money on an aftermarket HID kit.

    The truth about HIDs

The problem with HIDs is that they make you think that they are providing more light but they aren't. If you install them in legacy headlights that don't focus them properly, then they just increase foreground lighting at the expense of distance lighting. Changing back from HIDs to standard Osram Nighbreaker bulbs was the best thing I've done to my car

i once splashed out a fair bit on a set of angel eyes. they weren't that great at lighting the road so eventually i switched them back to the OEM lamps. in hindsight they didn't even look good either.

imo, i just wouldn't spend any sum of money on them unless its as an asthetic upgrade for the car but as i say, even then its questionable.

i see.. maybe i'll just stick to the LED strip for daytime running lights and keep the OEM for night

You mean those cheap led lines that people put in to their cars so it would look like new audis?

    EXACTLY :D

beats the shiznit out of xenon bulbs from halfrauds and calling it a HID setup!

the way i look at it everything i do is to give it what it should have had from the factory.

    I'm confused, I thought you didn't have a car.
What are these lights going on?

Hids are good but you need a self leveling kit also.

    Suspected trolling.

If the OP wants it re-opened PM me or a mod.

If you want BiXenons for a JCB I suggest you contact JCB, Late models actually have OEM kit.
