How To See PC Specs?!

    I'm not sure if all the individual components within my PC are working...how do I do this? I'm not so sure my graphics card is being used etc...

    Secondly, the resolution sucks. I tried changing it but it's still a little fuzzy around the edges. Does anything within the PC have any role to play with this? If so, it's not working...
