If your email client is (say outlook) then you can use its export facility to create a csv file, then used that file to import your email contacts to facebook.

BUT: You have to understand that this is not being don't by Facebook to be nice to their punters. The T+C's of using the Facebook email import contain this:

"We (blue4ever: ie Facebook) may use the email addresses you upload through this importer to help you connect with friends, including using this information to generate Suggestions for you and your contacts on Facebook"

Personally I wouldn't forgive you for giving Facebook permission to "spam" me!!

Why don't you use outlook (or the likes) to generate a personalized email from you to your clients asking them to visit your new page.

If you were hell bent on getting 'likes' (which are about as sincere as a kiss from a Brazer anyway) use a 'like-gate' which should annoy your clients just slightly less than you giving facebook their email addresses.

Oh I didnt know that Facebook can take your email addresses like that although i should of known seen as they can take your pictures etc!

I was thinking about sending out a generated email alright but seen as I would say 30% of our clients prob dont have a facebook page, didnt want to annoy them but seems like the best option at this stage.

What is a "like-gate"? I may need to set up a competition on the fan page to keep everyone entertained for awhile!

    Thanks for your help
