Hey there, I am finishing my job soon and I am wondering what I should be getting in my last pay. I get paid one week in arrears, so should I get paid everything Im owed in my last pay or do some employers pay the last of what they owe you the week after you leave. Hey there,

As you say yourself, you may receive your full pay the day you leave or the week after you leave (or whenever you would normally get paid for the work up to the day you leave).

Also, you may get your P45 on the day you leave or after your final wage has been paid.

It all depends on the company.
