Blank Cells in Address fields

I am cleaning up a list of addresses (2300 of them) for a mailing.
I need to remove blank cells or getr the cells to fill across.
Anyone have any insight into how to do this without manually dragging and dropping each one?

Most mailing programmes/options (e.g. mail merge) will ignore blanks when formatting the address.

For example an address record may consist of Title, Initials, First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1 .....Address Line 5, County, Post Code, Country etc.

You determine which fields go on which line and the programme ignores blank lines.

Not getting that unfortunately as it is leaving a line space between each one.
