    Have one of these cassette recorders from i think the late 1980's,it seems like a good peice of kit and is working perfectly.

    Is there any sort of market for this machine as i'd like to flog it if possible.

    I don't think there's much demand for tape decks these days. I've seen plenty up on Ebay but don't know if they are selling.
    Unlike vinyl records which have made a bit of a come back, I don't think tapes have the same appeal these days.
    As for the value, it should be worth maybe 50 quid, but if you got 30 for it, you'd be doing well.

    I'm in the same boat as you. I have a lovely Sony deck that i wouldn't mind selling, but I doubt if i would get what i feel it's worth.
