    Hello all :)

    I'm an M.Sc. student in NUIG and I've picked Customer Service as my dissertation research topic.

    I'm doing a comparative study which involves two surveys; 1 for supermarket employees and the other for supermarket customers

    If anyone could take a few minutes to fill out my customer survey they would be doing me a huge favour :D!

    Customer Service is ridiculously important to me. I judge every establishment I enter based on their service quality and believe it is an underestimated source of customer loyalty. With your help I hope to be able to highlight the usefulness of customer service and hopefully encourage substandard supermarkets to up their game. Thanks for your time and your help :)

    You have stressed an important point here, customer service is the USP of customer loyalty. It is very essential for every retailer to make the customer visit his store again. Giving a genuine human touch for the loyalty programs and pleasing the customer is essential.
