    Hiya,

Our 3 year old girl slipped on the kitchen floor this evening and we have noticed her front tooth is now loose, she's not in any pain or discomfort. What are the chances of her tooth falling out or if we bring her to the dentist will he be able to do something with it?

    Thanks

I'd bring her to the dentist just to make sure everything is ok

It could very possibly tighten up itself, or fall out either.
If you're in any way concerned I'd 100% +1 on the dentist :)
