My cousin was working in Galway for about a year up to last November and used one there a couple of times and said the service was shocking. He normally uses Liffey Valley , which itself has its fair share of customer complaints afaik, so it must have been bad.

I really dislike that man however people losing their jobs is uncool. So in that regard, it's a shame.

Might mean fewer French heaps on the road too

I'm no fan of Bill myself since way back when I first read the penny apples book. However, that's neither here no there when it comes to people loosing their jobs. I hope those that lose jobs because of these closures find alternative employment soon which will be difficult - especially within the motor trade at the moment.

I'd been hearing rumblings through the trade about the Bill Cullen Group for while - this might just be the tip of the iceberg - hopefully not for the remainder of the group's employees.
