hi how are you. I'm wondering what landlord has to do, if I would like to apply for rent supplement. I'm going to move in new place and I would like to apply for rent supplement as a single person in house share. I know, that landlord has to fill all the needed forms, sign them etc, but what he/she has to do with some taxes or something like that?Does the landlord have the duty to register me somewhere?I need the information to inform my new landlord, what he has to do, before I will apply for rent supplement. Thanks for any advice.
