    Hi

Thanks for taking the time to read this, Ive applied for a new job and I met the requirments they asked for with my c.v and have been passed for the next phase which is an aptitude test on judgement, perception and dexterity.

My question is there anyway of practicing them that anyone knows of? Or is there any point in practicsing them?

I did an apptitude test for a company last week. It was hard but I passed. The following could be helpful for you. I think there is a point as some of what was on this was on the test itself! It also depends on the day yourself but have a look at this website http://www.shldirect.com
I also did AIB's apptitude tests. Good God. They are a horror story that is nothing to do with work, life or the real world!

Hi and thanks for the link any advice or help is appreciated ill have a good look at that link, although youre assessment of the AIB does give me a little bit of fear considering im doing one the central bank of Ireland.

Find it strange been asked to do one since im qualified already in the job and have nearly ten years experience at it to but its a sign of the times we live in I guess.
