    In short, no. possible but prohibitively expensive.

    Your public liability costs will skyrocket once alcohol is served on the premises.
    Also in my own experience people who stay in B&Bs want to go out to a local pub/restaurant, not stay in drinking.

    Sounds like a terrible idea tbh.
    If your guests actually want alcohol they can bring their own. No point in trying make a separate income stream for something 99% of people don't expect, especially considering licensing and insurance costs.
