    maby you must insert your birth date ... but you can insert anything you want to have 18 years old;)

    I'd say the were a generic chrome hubcap from the late 50s, probably Italian and used by different Italian car body builders
    They look very similar to hubcaps on the LLoyd Alexander Frua built by Ghia-Aigle in 1959

    I know also they were made for prototype car Ghia Warszawa for Polish FSO.
    Maby somebody know it`s possible to find sowewhere Ghia documents?
