    What is the best time of day to shoot foxs?? in all seasons..
    When do the mate??

    Between 4 and 6 o'clock in the morning when it's real quiet.
    From what I've seen, they start mating around the end of December and finish around mid February

    Any predictions on where to call from with a shotgun/rifle??
    Do you have any preference on wind, area ect??

    Whether you're using a rifle or shotgun, always call into the wind. Try and call from a spot where you have a good view of the whole area, I learned this the hard way by sitting in the corner of a field where I couldn't see all the way down the ditch either side of me. I called for about 20 mins and stood up to go, as soon as I walked around the ditch there were 2 foxes who ran as soon as they saw me.
