New cistern inlet and siphon questions

I managed to bolt the cistern to the pan following a little common sense.

The valves inside are plastic. Mainly grey with green fixtures. The siphon fitting twists out. They are fitted to a Duravit cistern.

I was told they were Geberheit fittings but any these I have seen are grey and blue not grey and green.

I am looking for instructions to get the cistern to fill up some more. The inlet valve was set around the 9 mark and the siphon latch or lever was set at 11 - no ideas what these numbers refer to.

If I adjust the inlet valve must I adjust the siphon? How do I adjust the height of the float on the inlet. It looks like a box and travels up and down the shape of the valve. Couldnt find any instructions so any web sources welcome.
