I have a Dos 6.22 virtual machine running.
I need to get some text files from my pc to the Dos virtual machine without having to retype them inside the VM.

    Any ideas?

Could you not just upload them to dropbox your side then download them in the virtual machine?

    In DOS? :)

Probably the easiest is a virtual hard disk "swap" drive.

Create a virtual hard disk drive with the instructions below, format it with FAT16 and mount it in Disk Management.

When that's done copy all the files you want onto it, and then mount it in VMware Player. See below, page 77.

...Right, I'll bite. Why do you have a virtual machine running DOS?

Ill give that a go tomorrow. I have some old quick basic games source code and i want to compile them. The DOS slice has a qbasic compiler. :)
