Hey, will I get clamped and fined if someone is sitting in car? Or what if I get my passenger to sit at steering wheel while I am away for about 10 mins? or will they still clamp and fine?

Just in case make sure they can fire up the car and move along if need be, otherwise there's no guarantee.

Press your "park everywhere button" aka hazard lights while you at it. I doubt they will be able to do a thing about it then.

If they can't move the car, then you may as well leave it empty. Are we talking an actual parking space, a double yellow, middle of the road...?

yeah I ended up paying 2 euro for 30 min of parking for no risk.
