Concept Cars - Not Sarsfield Motors?

I came across Concept Cars on Conyngham Road in Dublin while looking for a car online. They seem to be based at the same premises as Sarsfield Motors was. I was just wondering if they are Sarsfield with a different name or are they a totally different crowed altogether?

Sarsfield Motors are in Kilmainham beside a Topaz station.
