FM104's Open Mic

Last night, FM104's Open Mic was disgraceful. Ruari Carroll wasn't there and the guy standing in was called 'Colm'. Colm was talking about Ireland's progress, sorry failure in the euro's. The topic wasn't going well as he repetedly mentioned the phone number to get callers in. There was one caller who gave very destructive answers eg. 'are you proud of ireland?' 'no' 'why?' 'they didn't play well enough'. Colm couldn't handle these answers and the conversation was going no where. Even worse, there was no one else calling in so he had to elongate what sounded like an unexperienced and akward conversation.
FM104 please give your presenters more training.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I remember, Ruairi mentioned on last week's show that he mightn't be there next week because he was expecting a child next week. It's possible that he discovered he wouldn't be in at the last minute and FM104 couldn't get a better replacement on time.

ah now stop that, i wouldn't insult a pirate radio station broadcasting from someones shed like that. a pirate radio station from someones shed would produce way better radio then that, to say different is an insult.
