Is the gym open all summer long?

    It sure is, although I think from July the opening hours are cut back to either 8 or 9 in the morn till 6.

    Yeah I think it is which is a shame as its quite the gym, shame its not open to ex students even.

    It could generate more revenue for the Institute even if say perhaps it was open to the public for the summer months. for example 4 month membership package or even open to the public for the off peak periods during the college year

    Is there anyone there that can do up a gym programme for you ? want to start going to the gym but im clueless when it comes to work outs.

    Yes just drop down as ask any of the staffs :)

    Yeah they would be happy to, they made up a program for me a few months back. Just tell them what you want, ie fitness etc.. and they will run through a few things with you to see what you would be able for.

    Its a perfect time at the moment as the gym is fairly quiet.

    They are brilliant down there. Stephen did up a four day programme for me to do every week. So much easier when you have something to work off.
