    Im 22 and got my first provisional licence when i was 17. and got my second 2 years later which has been out of date 2 years, since then i have been off the road after a bad accident. and was wondering am i entitled to a 3rd on do i have to resit my theory?

    As far as I am aware yoiur provisional licence has to be expired 5 years or more before you need to go back to the beginning and sit a theory test . However you may need to show that you have taken and failed a test or hae applied to take one check out www.rsa.ie all the Anders should be there. Best of luck.
