    Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how long does it normally take to complete a judicial separation?

We came to an agreement through mediation and my ex is not contesting this. Time is running out (on a mortgage application) and I'm getting kind of worried.

    Hi,

From my own experience, with me representing myself, and pushing everything along, 21 days to reply, 14 days notice etc. it still took 2 years. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but the whole judicial process takes time.

However, my ex was contesting, so had to give allowances for extra time, so hopefully your's will be alot faster.
