Need help! Passport issue...

Now i know its not very related to state benefits , im waiting on my passport and it tells me the issue date is tommorow , does this mean i will get it tommorow or in the next week??its been with the passport office since the 5th and i did passport express....which is when i rang the passport office a 10 day turnaround...…
