    Hi folks,

Wife was out for a run this morning and witnessed a car rear end another car and then reverse back into another car and drive off. This happened on the malahide road at Coolock.

Wife is training for a marathon and slowed down but realised there were quite a few witnesses so kept going as her times were vital today and she was soaked from rain.

So if anybody on here was involved/know somebody who was and of they need another witness just drop me a pm. She has no problem going down to the gardai

Might be a good idea to report what she saw to the local Garda station. Not everybody uses boards.

Did she remembered reg no. of the car which drove off?

No she don't catch the reg as she normally wears specs but wasn't wearing them because of the rain.

She's gonna drop in tomorrow evening but at the moment we're in a different county visiting due to the day that's in it. Just wanted to stick it up here in case.

She needs to go to the garda station nearest where it happened to report it. Did she get the make of the car?
was there people in the other two cars?

Yeah the first car stopped for a red light, second car rear ended them, then proceeded to reverse into the third car and drive off. No she only knows it was punto in front and the car that drove off was silver.

Any damage to the cars? She could just phone the nearest garda station and leave her details if she wanted.

It will save her the hassle of going in and the other drivers might not report but if they do at least there is a witness.

She said there was a little damage so it may be reported. Thanks for the advise!
