What to wear for a nightclub interview?

    My niece has an interview for a nightclub job, anyone any ideas what she should wear? Is a suit too formal?

    No such thing as too formal for an interview.

    Thanks for the replies. She wore the suit in the end with a less formal blouse and has a trial later this week so fingers crossed.
