Technical Approval time limit?

    hello Folks,

    anyone know how long you get to plant after you receive tech approval? And how long do you get after receiving form for commencement of work?

    bout 2 years on the technical, dont know what you mean by commencment form?? form 1 a maybe?

    yes greenfingers,

    I mean after you inform the dept. you are ready to plant and they issue you with an approval to go ahead. I think this is form 1a

    when you send in a form 1 a you will then get a reply giving you financial approval, from the reply date you have 2 weeks to start work. The deadline for completion of work will depend on what deadline you put down on the form 1 a, all sites must be completed by 30th june and paperwork lodged within 2 weeks of deadline
