Just home (for lunch) from classic car live in Mondello today, seems like a good crowd and some very nice cars and bikes on display and on the racetrack




























and a surprising find at one of the trade stands at €100 each

I didn’t take a lot of pics, I did one quick tour in the morning taking pics of what interested me most & then when it rained I put the camera away again.. so here is a taste only of the day

Great show. Amazing how many Cortinas are still around. As for the guy selling log books I had to stop myself from having a go at him. Disgraceful carry on, I am amazed he gets away with being so open about something like that. Nothing like a bit of Irish greed and lack of respect for the law.

Yep, John, Al & I all went out for some parade laps... Was good fun. Alan had his camera on too... Sadly the bloodly memory card in mine was full & I didn't notice until I came in :-(

It's nice to get out on the circuit but a pitty the pace car keeps it so slow. Mondello are doing classic car track days now BTW.

I know I almost wore by brakes out with all the bursts of acceleration & then the big stops for the traffic jam
