    Hello,
I seen a lot of "Teaching English as a Foreign Language" courses on the internet advertised at €99. I am wondering how good they are and if they are genuine courses. Has anyone done these courses and, more importantly, what the chances are of actually get teaching jobs from these.
    Thanks for your help.

I've looked into doing a TEFL course myself but haven't got around to it yet. It depends where you want to teach....if you want to teach in Ireland most places require you to have a course that's ACELS recognized. The 1's for €99 or most online courses aren't. They can be ok if you want to teach abroad though. The ACELS recognized courses are unfortunately usually more expensive!! Hope this helps!!

If youre teaching english as a foreign language it always helps to know a second language..

Good point. Had not thought of this as, of course, communication by a foreign language would be vital.
    Thanks.
