Help! Cheap and decent netbook/laptop needed!!

and i need a computer fairly quickly so can anyone reccomend a cheap netbook or laptop sub €200 i could get within the next week? thank you for your help, it doesnt have to be fancy just able for word processing and composing powerpoints cheaper the better
