Doing your test with endorsed license

So a good friend of mine was banned for a year and got his license back on the 1st of June, he was on a learners permit, he has applied for his test but he is worried that the endorsement stamped on his license will go against him when the tester sees it.

I've told him that its really nobodys business and that it should have no bearing on how his test is marked.

Anyone have an opinion on this.

Should be no problem. Make sure that the start date for the learner permit is correct and not restarted.

It says first license was 2005 and this one is valid until 2013 if thats what you mean?

What do you mean by this?
If the licence was suspended for a year then there will be no delay in sitting the test. If the licence was taken from them and then they started out with a new licence, they they would need to wait the six months from the "from" date on the licence.
