Feeding Swallows?

Just discovered the remains of two swallows in our carport. I knew of a nest there and the parents have been diligently coming and going to the nest but I suspect that the two dead birds are the same said parents. I also suspect our - now limping - tom-cat is the assassin.

But what to do with the nest and hatchlings? Pretty sure there are at least two in the nest and that one is alive. Should I try feeding them? Should I try passing them on to a relevant group?

Hand rearing swallows is very difficult. Try and pass them onto a wildlife rescue organisation as soon as possible before they starve
