Google search suggestions - in Arabic?

Perhaps some of our Middle-Eastern Boards colleagues could shed some light on this. I was starting a Google search and mis-typed. I put in 'hr hg' (no quotes) and then the drop-down box populated itself as it does, but this time all the suggestions were in what looked to me like Arabic. I was wondering whether these…

I was wondering whether these letters are some form of abbreviation and what the suggestions were. I presume that the same results would be shown for anyone.

Can anyone tell me what I saw?
