to be fair by the time NY and Miami came along the rule book ws thrown out the window in terms of protocols and actual science,

there was an episode of CSI NY where they scanned with what looked like a pricing gun a liquid and it instantly gave them a total breakdown of the content and what the liquid was. :rolleyes:

season 1 of CSI was the best (and most scientifically correct) by the middle of that season they started forgetting actual science and got into the ridiculous.

and yet millions across the globe watch it!
