Assignment 85 - Feathered Friends

The rules:
-Photos must be posted within 2 weeks of the day the task was set– so the closing time/date is 11.59pm on June 29th 2012.
-No old photos.
-Only photos taken with this task in mind qualify, therefore, the photo must be taken after 11.59pm on June 15th 2012
-Photos must be on the given task.
-ONE photo per post. But submit as many posts as you like.
-Stretch yourself – there is no limitation to what you can do to produce the image.
-The next task/subject is to be chosen by the person who has the most thanks after their post at the closing date/time (the post must include a photo).

Disliking how long it takes for new challenges to be set! Is there some way Mods can PM the winners on the end date and tell them to set a new challenge?

Damokc, assignment 85 had only finished 19 hours before your complaint. Sorry for not sitting at my computer, waiting to post the next challenge the second the previous one ended.
Plus, shouldn't we allow a day or two for the option of "thanks" being given to boardies for those who entered at the end of the competition.

Thanks for that thatsnotmyname - I was - and I'm just back!
I was tempted to set the challenge as "Castles" one minute after Challenge 85 ended but I figured that would be unfair to those not at Charleville - so I waited til I got home.
That should make it a little harder 0 -
