SUN BEDS

I have sallow skin, I've never used them before.

How long should one use a sunbed for? (never not being an option..)

Does one time use actually give one a tan, or does continual use only work?

How much does it usually cost for one session?

If not using a commercial shop, does one have to get their own enhancer skin oil & eye protection or whatever it is that the shops use?

What do you want to use one at all? You will only damage your skin. Why not use fake tan instead?

    overuse/misuse is bad for skin.

You should start off for perhaps 3 mins. If you do not burn and feel OK, then try another 3 a few days later. you should let a few days between each session. eventually build up to where you are comfortable at, perhaps 7 in a stand up.

miosturise your skin afterwards. If using an enhancer, then buy it in the shop and ask them what they would reccommend. If too expensive, mention it and they might have cheaper options available. if all else fails, try ebay.

you won't tan after 1 session, it takes time to build it up. You will get a gradual tan after a few weeks.

Most tanning studios give deals if you buy the minutes in advance, but be sure that they are a reputable shop, with good quality bulbs and good hygiene.

Reputable tanning shops will provide sterilised eye protection each time you visit.

Mind you skin - you only have one!
